From 16 July 2021, a new rule was introduced to travel from one of the Greek islands to the peninsula, so that, with all the necessary documents, passengers will have to present another.
That is, passengers will be required to present a negative self-test certificate, which has been completed up to 24 hours before the scheduled travel time.
Self-test tests are available in pharmacies and cost several euros. The form that can be filled out can also be found on the Greek government’s website, and it looks like it like this.
To avoid boarding delays, port authorities have urged passengers to arrive at the port at least 90 minutes before departure.
