How to be healthier in the new year?

For all of us, the new year is a time when we begin to think about change. And health is always in the first place.

1. Eat more healthy foods

The easiest and most effective way to improve your health is to eat healthy foods. This includes unprocessed fruits, vegetables, seeds, fish and nuts. This food, according to research, reduces the risk of heart disease, obesity, high blood sugar and type 2 diabetes.

2. You move

Do the task of moving more and more every day. Get off the bus stop first, use the stairs instead of the elevator, go to the store on foot … Small changes can have a big impact on our health.

3. Drink the juicy drink

Juices and other sugary drinks increase the risk of heart disease, fatty liver, obesity, tooth decay … Avoid such drinks and prefer natural options.

4. You sleep

Get enough sleep at night prevents your risk of obesity, depression and heart disease. Give your body and mind a healthy sleep every day.

Physical activity has a beneficial effect on the body and mind. Choose the one you like and go every day. Whether it’s swimming, cycling, walking or going to the gym, you feel better.

Computers, laptops and smartphones, we are exposed to them every day. And that can cause depression, anxiety and loneliness. So, try to limit the time you spend in front of the screens.

10. Forget about negative attitudes towards the body

Stop looking at your body from a negative perspective. Awaken in yourself the self-confidence that is hidden in each of us.

11. See a doctor

Make the decision to go for regular checkups every year. Have a blood test, urine culture, visit a gynecologist and dentist. Prevention is key for many diseases, as well as for detecting diseases at an early stage.
